1. Information We Collect

Song Audit Asset ("SAA"), operated by Open Gate Outlaw Records, collects: (a) your email address and authentication identifiers (including Google OAuth ID when used); (b) the song material you submit — titles, artists, lyrics, audio file names and uploaded recordings, contract text, and any notes you attach; (c) the audit data we generate from that material — 25-category ratings, 5-pillar averages, overall scores, Radio-Hit percentages, verdicts, PDF exports, and timestamps; (d) language and UI preferences; and (e) standard technical telemetry (IP address, user agent, error logs) used to operate and secure the Service. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to authenticate you, run audits, persist your archive, render leaderboards and PDF exports, enforce credit balances and paid-tier access, prevent abuse, and improve the forensic engine in aggregate. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your submitted song lyrics, recordings, or contract text to train third-party foundation models.

3. Storage and Security

Data is stored in a managed cloud backend protected by row-level security policies; private audits, contract scans, and library items are visible only to the authenticated owner (and to authorized Open Gate Outlaw administrators for moderation and support). Transport is encrypted via TLS. Despite reasonable safeguards, no online service is 100% secure — you accept that residual risk by using SAA.

4. Third-Party Services

SAA relies on third-party processors to operate, including our cloud database/auth provider, our AI inference gateway (which receives the text you submit for scoring), our payment processor (for paid tiers and credit purchases), and OAuth sign-in providers (such as Google). These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data required to deliver the requested feature.

5. Cookies

We use first-party cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and UI preferences, and maintain cart/credit state. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You may delete individual audits at any time from your Library. Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EEA, UK, and California), you may have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to delete your account entirely, contact us via the Contact page. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and audit data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Deleted audits are removed from active storage promptly; aggregated, de-identified analytics may be retained indefinitely. Backups are rotated on a rolling schedule.

8. International Transfers

SAA is operated from the United States. By using the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your data in the U.S. and in any other jurisdiction where our processors operate.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.

10. Contact

For privacy questions or data-rights requests, contact Open Gate Outlaw Records via the Contact page.
